What is your business philosophy? - I'm a customer service nut. I believe it's the one true advantage I can have over my competitors of equal experience and knowledge.
- My customers deserve to be informed, communicated with regularly, and handled with patience and respect.
- I think of myself as a Real Estate consultant rather than a sales person.
- I'll never try to talk you into buying a home, unless I know you love it and think it's the one for you.
- And I will advise you on the plus and minuses of the home.
- I work the hours that are convenient for you... not me. I'll come to your home or office, whichever works best for you.
- I measure my success by meeting and exceeding my clients expectations, not by my number of annual sales. The best reward for my efforts, aside from the obvious paycheck, is to see my clients settled and happy in a home they love.
What did you do before getting into real estate and how long have you been a Realtor?- I am a degreed Interior Designer and I have over 20 years experience as a marketing professional. As such, I am uniquely qualified to help sellers put the best "face" possible on the home they want to sell and to develop a superior marketing program that will sell the home quickly and at top dollar. I use tried and true marketing principles that most Realtors are unaware of. In working with buyers, I'm able to help them envison the possiblities in a home that fits their price range, but not might not look the way they expected their new home to look.
- I believe that one's home is central to the quality of one's life. As a Realtor I am able to have a DIRECT, positive impact on my clients' lives, which is the thing I like best about my job.
- Believe it or not, only 3% of the people who get their real estate licenses are still in the business at the end of 5 years. I am in my 10th year. Now that I've started Sell By Design Realty, Ltd, I am making use of all of my experience and talents and I truly love what I do!
